How can I use my domain name with WordPress?

  Hi!

  I purchased a domain name (cswmusic.com) from GoDaddy which I am using with a free google site. I have no file hosting but only a domain name. Can I use this domain name and make it my wordpress url ? If that is possible how would I do it?
