  Hi Jessica,

  You can follow the steps in our guide to Inviting Contributors, Followers, and Viewers to invite people to follow your blog. To get started, you can head to Users > Invite New in your site’s WP Admin dashboard.

  If you use social media, I’d also recommend setting up Publicize connections to your social media accounts. That will automatically send out links to your blog posts to those social media sites, so your followers there will be encouraged to read your posts and follow your blog.
