  I just bought a website package. But l am only directed to start my design from a blog post, how do l start to design my website home page?

  I am not seeing any upgrades purchased by the user account that you are posting from. Are you sure that you purchased your hosting from WordPress.com? Or could you have ended up with a second WordPress.com user account and used that other account to purchase a website plan from us?
