How can multiple administrators for one site be permitted to send blog posts?

I have two people that need to be able to post to my site’s blog. The first admin has been able to connect the Jetpack Social Media plugin and the WordPress account for this website. However, when the second admin logs into the site to set up a post to go out via Jetpack Social, the plugin asks you to connect your Jetpack Social to your WordPress account. After entering the correct credentials for connect, the second admin gets a screen saying, ‘Jetpack is finishing setup or return to your site’ and that screen stays up and nothing else happens.

Aside from giving the second admin my own sign-in credentials, how do I allow another admin to utilize the Jetpack Social connections that I have already established in my admin role?

    WP.com: Unknown
    Jetpack: Yes
    Correct account: Yes

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  • Hey there, the other admins should be able to connect their own accounts. If that is not working, and if a quick test in another browser doesn’t resolve it, it may be best to get in touch with Jetpack support:
    https://en.support.wordpress.com/disconnect-jetpack-sites/
    https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/jetpack

    I hope this helps!
