how can people subscribe to get emails

  Hi,
  Am I able to give people the function to subscribe to my blog via email and get an email notification when I post? I have people that aren’t on Wp or FB but they want to stay up to date with the posts?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
