How can we transfer "theirurl.org/wordpress/" (slashes, not dots) to a new url?
-
Another organization wants to transfer a WordPress blog to my organization. It was created in WordPress 2.2.3. Their blog is “http://www.rzlp.org/wordpress/” (slashes, not dots) and we want to transfer it to an independent url. Given all the internal links that use the old url, is this possible? If so, how?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

That means it has to be imported into a WordPress.org install first, upgraded all the way to 3.5, and then the content has to be exported out and imported into a WordPress.com install. Good luck with what will be a HUGE task.

I’m sure there are those who have toiled through it and you will meet them when you resister a WordPress.org username account on the top right hand corner of this page http://wordpress.org/support/ so you can post to those support forums.
