    How can you punish someone who did nothing wrong?
    I registered for this WordPress. Have not user it. Not even for the free trial.
    I decided to go ahead and upgrade during which process my visa card was declined..
    I tried the second time and I was told that the account was locked and I needed to contact support to deactivate the account lock.
    Now, I got a message saying that some rules was violated and account would not be restored.
    HOW WAS RULE VIOLATED WHEN I HAVE NEVER USED THE ACCOUNT?
    OR IS UPGRADING TO PREMIUM WITHOUT FIRST USING THE FREE TRIAL A VIOLATION OF RULE?
    I am so confused
