    Hi there, I see a £-167.00 refund for the Business Plan on your account dated 2018-02-20. I am seeing only one charge for the Premium plan on 2018-06-16.

    It looks like you bought the Premium Plan on Feb 15, 2018 and then upgrade that to the Business Plan on Feb 20, 2018, is that correct, and then cancelled the Business Plan?

    If so, the Premium Plan payment was deducted from the Business Plan price when you upgraded.

    No it’s refunded for 2028 business plan premium was purchased seo are and please look at page 2 as I can only see half of what my subscription costs were!I payed £85 3 times in 2018.

    please back up my domain and my premium subscription which was deleted by mistake as my website http://www.ibmobilebeauty.com
    is down and that what most matters first. We lost a lot of money seo already it has been two days. No one helped me!!! I emailed over 7 ppl on WordPress!!! I should be able to email and get response in seconds for my premium subscription at admin panel! As it’s deketed by mistake now I am writting here and we are short on time every sevonf we lose SEO

    I’ve replied to your email and sent more information about the Business plan refund there. Please don’t open any support requests — we respond in order they come in, from oldest to newest, which means creating new requests doesn’t move you to the top of the list.

    If you reply to my email, I’ll be happy to answer any questions you have :) Now the plan has been restored back to your site you also have the option to start a new chat if you prefer to talk to someone in real time.
