How could I have renewed?
-
Since december, I have received multiple messages from WordPress.com that my subscription renewal can’t go through. Reason for this: the credit card with which I have ordered the subscription has expired. I didn’t take action, because I didn’t WANT to renew my subscription. Now suddenly the renewal went through, I don’t know how this is possible on an expired card. By the way: when I click on ‘update your renewal settings’ in the mail, these settings are nowhere to be found. Upon loggin in to WordPress.com, it sends me a first time ‘Welcome to WordPress.com’ mail. What is going on? I feel incredibly robbed!

This account is only a few hours old and has no website. To get help you must log out from current account and login with the account that got charged.

Sorry, the account was linked to my company Google apps account. I “logged in with Google” where I should have logged in with my company mailaddress (which is, of course, the same address as my Google apps address). Confusing.

@rajkasbergen do you mind logging into the correct account and reaching out here? http://wordpress.com/help/contact
Generally we do everything we can to ensure you don’t lose access to your services. If your expiration date just changed, sometimes your card company will allow the charge. But no worries, we can refund if needed. Please just get in touch through the account that owns the upgrade, and we’ll sort it from there.
