How do either upload, or save, my new addition to my blog?

I have tried to post my writing for 2 days – but the system doesn’t do it. Today it also didn’t actually save the new writing. Why please? is it because I’ve run out of space to? If so – please how do I delete say my earliest writing?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You didn’t give us enough information to answer the question. HOW are you writing the post?
By clicking the New Post button on the grey admin bar? Don’t.
By using the app on a tablet or phone?
By copy-pasting from Word or another program?
What browser and version are you using?
DO NOT DELETE YOUR POSTS.

I tried the New Post button t he grey admin bar – and it didn’t work. However this has worked previously.
I copied/pasted the text from Word. And then tried to publish the new work. I got the same reaction as with the New Post button.
I had wondered whether I’d used up allocated memory in wordpress system, and my next trial was to delete the first post to see if that helped. I’d be happy not to do that.

Do not use the New Post button; we get nothing but problems relating to it.
Do not copy paste from programs like Word either. It is full of HTML errors; if you MUST paste from Word, paste into the Text editor. Then add in your formatting and links before publishing.
Text posts do not use up memory; only uploaded media like images uses up your storage space.
