You can export your email followers to a CSV then import them into most services. To export your followers, navigate to your subscribers page here:
You should see a list of email and WordPress.com subscribers. You can download the email subscribers as a CSV document from the bottom of the page. WordPress.com subscribers cannot be downloaded.
