How do I access my self hosted blog?

  Help please! I had the single worst programmer in the world do my website, and he set up our blog as well as a self hosted…I do not want to contact him for this information, for fear I will go off at him about all the things he DIDN’T do that was in our agreement.

  My blog is located at domain.com/blog, and I have tried using domain.com/wp-admin/ and it just says the page is not found or reverts me back to my domain. Is there a way to find out how to access and what my user name and password is?
