How do I access my WP account, when my details aren't recognised?

I had installed WP via 123-reg. I’m unable to login via 123-reg since they’ve changed there UI and they aren’t being helpful. Trying to login via “www.stevenglasper.com/blog/wp-login.php” brings up username not recognised. Really struggling.

http://www.stevenglasper.com/ is not a free hosted WordPress.com blog and those are the only blogs we provide support for here.
WordPress.com and WordPress.org are completely separate and have separate logins. If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.org, click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post there.
