How do I add a post to a page I made, but not the main page?

How do you add new posts to a page? Not the main page, but a different page?
I made a page called “My Photographic Journey” and I want to add new posts to it, but everytime I hit new post, it sends it straight to the main page and no the one I want it to go to.
