How do I 'add' a user instead of 'inviting' a user?

    I would like to ‘add’ users and make user profiles from the master log-in system instead of inviting people via email. I have a different WordPress site on which this is possible but I can’t see it as an option here. Please help!

    Hi there,

    If your other WordPress site is a self-hosted site using the software from WordPress.org, the process for adding users works a bit differently. For sites hosted here at WordPress.com, you’ll need to follow the steps for inviting a new user to your site.
