How do I add a user whose Email address ends in .ca?

  The procedure to add a person who does not have a WordPress.com account works for an address ending in .net. e.g. bellsouth.net

  However when I attempt to use the same form to add a person with an address ending in .ca, the form will not accept this and refuses to send an Email. This is a common suffix in Canada. e.g. sympatico.ca and eastlink.ca are both major providers.

  Help please!

  That definitely shouldn’t happen, and we’ll look into it.

  For now, can you ask the individual to create their own account? Once that is done, you can add then via the Users section of your Dashboard.

  Thanks for very prompt reply.

  Hope you can solve problem, soon, I am trying to avoid having to ask each of my Beta Testers to create their own account.
