How do I add an About Me page to my WordPress?

    I don’t want a widget, but I cannot get my About Me page up. I went to “All Pages”, created a new page, and published it. If I press preview, it shows me the page, but it did not create a link for my blog. I’ve been looking some stuff up for hours, but I just need to know how to get the link up. Also, under Page Attributes, there is no option for choosing a “parent” like the tutorials told me to do. Please help if you can! Thank you!
