How do I add an e-mail capture widget that also offers a free e-book?

  I’m using wordpress.com, I turned my blog into a website and I would like to know how can I add an e-mail address capture widget for building an email list (preferably customized) which can also offer a free e-book when subscribing?

  The FOLLOW BLOG widget doesn’t have the option of offering free stuff. Thanks!

  There is no specific newsletter/email submission widget on WordPress.com. However, you can use a custom contact form to collect email addresses for visitors to your site who are interested in receiving a newsletter: http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact-form
