How do I add custom fields to my page

  I have created a field group by ACF custom field plugin and edited the field by navigating to the wp-admin > Pages > All Pages > Contact Us.But I can’t see it on my blog.I just want to know what to do next to display the fields on my blog.
  This is the first time I use wordpress to make a blog, I`m sorry to trouble you.
