How do I add like button?

  I was told by a follower that she didn’t see a “like” button on my blog. I see it. Is there any way to add something that others who don’t have Reader would see?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I see the like button on your blog. One has to have a WordPress.com/Gravatar account and be logged into WordPress.com to use the “in-house” WordPress.COM like button for WordPress.COM bloggers. In other words, it’s the same here as it is at Facebook and everywhere else there is an “in-house” like button provided for member use only. So is she a logged in member of WordPress.COM or not? If not she cannot use it.
