How do I add pages and clickable links?

  Hello, I am working on my home page and almost done, but how do I make specific blocks clickable and direct them to additional pages? How do I create pages for the website like (about us, testimonials, contact us…etc)

  So I created tabs but can’t seem to figure out or remember how to add content under these tabs

  Are you speaking of your site menu on https://tcexpert865548192.wordpress.com/?

  The “About”, “Services” and “Contact” links there are all pages, and you can modify the content of those pages at My Site ->Site ->Pages.

  The “Testimonials” item is the archive link for all published testimonials on your site, so any new testimonial you publish under My Site ->Site ->Testimonials will be listed there automatically.
