How do I add tracking code/favicon?

  Two quick questions:

  1) Trying to add a Marketo tracking munchkin to our Premium Level blog. I am familiar with how to do it on a WordPress Site, but not just a plain blog.
  2) Also trying to add a custom Favicon. Again, I know how to do this on a site, but not a blog.

  I’ve tried searching through the documentation and whatnot, but nothing is jumping out that helps. I would appreciate any help you can provide!

  I am not familiar with Marketo. But most tracking codes do not work on WordPress.com. What is the code that you are trying to use?

  2) Also trying to add a custom Favicon. Again, I know how to do this on a site, but not a blog.
