How do I attribute a blog post to a particular blogger/author who is registered

My site will have multiple bloggers and I intend to set up a profile of each blogger through Gravatar, but when they publish a post how do they attribute it so it shows who it has been written by?

If the author fills in the ‘About you’ form in their user profile settings, a box with their information will be added at the end of the post.
