How do I block public viewing of my blog?

I set up my original blog so that only people specified by me (my family members) could see it. I just found out that someone else has seen it. I believe she is taking the photos and information (that I put up there for only my family) and putting it into her blog and on to her family tree on Ancestry.ca. What alternative do I have other than deleting my whole blog?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

http://undercoversurfer.wordpress.com/ is not a private blog. To set it Private, go to the dashboard Settings->Reading page and select the box there to make it visible to only the people you choose. You will have to update it.
You can contact Ancestry.ca and assert copyright over those images and they will have to take down. They will not take down “information”. That’s not copyrightable.
