How do I build my website from a custom domain before hosting it?

  I bought a custom domain name from GoDaddy and I’m interested in hosting it with Bluehost. However, I want to build the website first, before hosting. How do I set that up?

  So that I would go to “www.custom-domain.com/wp-admin”, to work on my site.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  This is the correct forum for your software http://wordpress.ORG/support/ If you have not registered a WordPress.org username account yet you can do so on the top right hand corner of the page I just linked to so you can post to those support forums.
