How do I cancel a free trial?

Hi I am attempting to cancel my free trial of premium and after confirming the cancellation in my e-mail, it says the cancellation and refund was not successful, and that I should contact support. Thank you!

I’d be happy to cancel your WordPress.com Premium upgrade for you. Since you’ve used it to register a domain name, there are two ways we can proceed:
1) I can cancel your entire Premium purchase, including your domain loveyoumeanitciao.com. Your domain will become unavailable for several weeks; after this period, anyone may purchase the domain name. If you’d like completely cancel this, and are okay with the prospect of potentially losing loveyoumeanitciao.com, this is the way you’ll want to proceed.
2) If you want to keep your domain, I can send you a manual payment request for the domain ($18/year for public and $26/year for private registration). To learn more about the difference between public and private view the link here:
You will be able to continue to use your domain name, loveyoumeanitciao.com, or you can transfer it to use with another service elsewhere.

Thanks for the confirmation! I have sent the request for the manual payment. Let me know once the payment has gone through in this thread and I can add the private registration onto your domain.
I have canceled the $99 payment for the entire Premium upgrade. If it’s showing up in your bank statement, it should only be pending and disappear shortly.
