How do I cancel an old secondary domain?

    To cancel a domain, I am instructed to go to My Upgrades & click on the Settings button, the button with the COG icon. I see no such icon, but instead there is a TOOL icon. When I proceed with clicking the Settings button I am led in circles.

    I simply want 2 old domains cancelled:
    1. nelson2music.com
    2. mygodswater.com

    And I want to cancel No Ads, wherever it may apply.

    Hi James,

    I understand you would like to cancel your custom domain: nelson2music.com, but please note that this is different from other upgrades and is stated during the purchase process. I did not find the domain: mygodswater.com in your account. However, I did see the domain: godswater.net. That was registered very recently – do you want to cancel this as well?

    Please note that canceling a domain at this time means you completely give up ownership of the domain. There is no guarantee the domain will become available to re-register after cancellation.

    You are welcome to keep your domain with us and update the nameservers to point to another hosting provider by following this guide:

    After 60 days from the date of purchase or registrant contact information change, you may also transfer your domain to another registrar by following this guide:

    If you would like to completely cancel your ownership of the domain name, please reply to confirm. I can also remove No Ads at this time if you wish.
