how do I cancel existing subscription

    Hi, I would like to cancel the transaction just being made, as I thought it would ask for payment when the trial period was over!! The receipt id id [redacted by staff] and
    PayPal Ref: [redacted by staff].

    Hi there,

    I see you already cancelled that WordPress.com Business plan, and we issued a full refund. It may take some time for that refund to appear on your bank statement, but you can find the refund receipt in your Billing History.

    Please let me know if I can do anything more to help with that!

    Ok I see. Thanks very much for ur help! Just a humble opinion though, I think it s best when you notify the buyer that the free trial is over and they have the option then to cancel it or proceed with payment! Thanks again!
