How do I cancel “Private Registration” – trying to transfer my domain

    Hi,

    Trying to transfer my domain, went through the step-by-step guide and everything seemed fine, but then received an email saying:

    “The request to transfer the following domain name(s) to another registrar has been denied. The domain(s) currently has Private Registration:

    oaklandkendo.com

    If you still want to transfer the domain(s) to another registrar, you must first cancel your Private Registration(s).”

    How do I cancel my private registration. I’ve looked online everywhere, and also in this forum, but still haven’t received an answer.
