How do I cancel the domain before the automatic charge occurs in August?

    None of the instructions for canceling an automatic renewal charge coming up in August are as indicated.

    Hi there, if you’d like to disable auto-renewal on your domain, you can log into your dashboard and head over to Store > My Upgrades, and click the “Disable Auto Renew” link next to the domain. That way, you can simply let it expire when it comes up for renewal.

    If you’re certain you no longer want the domain and would like to cancel it now and relinquish ownership of it, just let me know and I’d be glad to take care of that for you. There’s no guarantee you’ll ever be able to re-register the domain in the future if you cancel the domain, so this route is best if you’re quite certain you’ll never need the domain again.
