how do i cancel/deactivate my wordpress account??

  i can’t figure out how to! theres no link or anything anywhere.

  You’ve only been here for 35 minutes so perhaps you might take a little time to think about this before acting.

  If you wish to delete your blog this can be done -> Dashboard -> Options -> Delete Blog (you will receive a confirmation email with a link in it to use to finalize the deletion). However, please note that blog names are never recycled at wordpress.com once it’s gone the name is gone forever. http://faq.wordpress.com/2006/05/07/delete-a-blog-you-no-longer-want/

  It’s actually not necessary that you delete your account at all particularly if it’s empty http://faq.wordpress.com/2006/08/31/please-delete-my-account/
