How do I change emails if the original email doesn't exist?

I just set up an account. I gave you all an email that doesn’t exist, on accident. I said the email was (email visible only to moderators and staff), but like I said, that email doesn’t exist. (email visible only to moderators and staff) does exist, and I would like to change my account to (email visible only to moderators and staff). In order to do this, I’m supposed to approve the change from the nonexistant email. Help!

Hi there,
When you enter the correct email address in your account settings, a confirmation email is sent to the new/correct email address. You only need access to that address to confirm the change and update your account.
If you enter the correct email and don’t see the confirmation email in your inbox there, please take a look at our Gmail Issues page for more tips on finding that email.
