How do I change my blog from wordpress.com to .org

  I have a blog and it is for example name.wordpress.com
  But now I want to change this blog to name.org

  I don’t want to use the free edition anymore because of the adds but still desire to use wordpress.com as it is so easy. Do I need to purchase (somewhere) a new domain and can I add it and exchange the old for the new and the same time keep all my contents and layout?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You can register a new domain through WordPress.com with one of our upgrade plans and it will change your site name without changing any of the content or design.
