How do I change my layout from blog form to website?

    My site appears to be created as a blog. How do I make the layout more of a website?

    Hi there,

    Generally speaking what makes a website a “blog” instead of a traditional “website” is the presense of blog posts on the homepage. Most blogs have a stream of recent blog posts as the homepage for example.

    However I see that you have set a static homepage on https://hbgsa.wordpress.com/ which is technically speaking what makes it a “website” and not a blog. I.e. there are no recent posts on your homepage, but instead a static welcome message.

    I wonder if you are referring to something else instead? Your site is currently set as a “website” but you are trying to have a different homepage design possibly? Do you happen to have any sites (does not have to be WordPress) that you are drawing inspiration from or trying to emulate? Happy to make some suggestions based on that.
