How do I change PHP max input vars?

Impossible to find someone at WordPress to help with a WordPress site. Anyone have any idea how to fix this?

I do not see any sites under your @shelleysnubbletubblecom WordPress.com account when I check on our end. You can confirm by visiting this page: https://wordpress.com/sites.
Is it possible you created your site under a different login? Is it the case that you are using another provider like GoDaddy, Bluehost, Hostgator, etc. instead? What is the URL of the site you are needing help with?

Your site is not hosted by us (WordPress.com). It is using the open-source WordPress software and it is hosted by GoDaddy. Therefore, you need to contact them regarding your issue.
