How do I change the banner and footer on my web page?

Hi all. I’m using a default theme Twenty Nineteen for my website http://www.secondaryentertainment.com – does anyonee know how to remove the blog posts at the bottom of the front page and also change the banner into an image?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
