How do I change the blog NAME, not the address/URL/domain?

  I’m trying to figure out how to change my blog name. Not the URL address (openheartedshaman), but the actual title of the blog “Journey to Becoming Open-Hearted Shaman.” Clearly there is a word missing in there that needs to be fixed. I would like to just be able to change the title of the blog and not the domain.
