How do I change the link to my primary blog?

I”m not very tech oriented. I first started on WordPress with a blog name and log in that I never developed, and then opted to move a blog title from another site. When someone clicks on my name or icon, it goes to the old blog. And right now it shows me as logged in as “xxxxx”, the name of my old blog. I want the links to take people to my new blog and show my new name “YYYY”
