how do i change the tagline?

  how do i change the “cat’s pajamas” tagline?
  i cannot find the place where i can edit the tagline that appears right beneath my blog’s title that states it is “the cat’s pajamas”. Please help! thanks!

  You can edit your blog’s Tagline at Settings -> General in your blog’s Dashboard.
