How do I change the title set on the Home bar?

  I’ve managed to change the main picture on my home page, but I cant seem to edit the words ‘Welcome to WordPress’ and the subheading below. Help?

  Hi,

  See the Homepage Template section of the Gateway theme guide. Those are what the theme’s creator’s call the “Hero Title” and “Hero content,” respectively. They may be edited or deleted at Customize > Theme Options > Homepage Template. Note, however, that removing such content from those or other available fields there will result in corresponding decreases in the height of the displayed portion of the featured image on the page.
