How do i change the tumbnail of images in posts

When in the “edit” mode for pictures, I don’t see any thumbnail options.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

The thumbnails are automatically generated. They are a smaller version of the actual image. It’s not possible to create a thumbnail from a portion of the full sized image.
