How do I change user role of another administrator?

Hello,
We are the owner of this blog and I am trying to change the user role of “buzzb” (Buzz Burrell – (email visible only to moderators and staff)) from an admin to author. But when i execute this command it tells me “You can’t edit that user.”
Please help me transfer all ownership of this blog to (email visible only to moderators and staff).

If “buzzb” was the original creator/owner/Admin, you can’t demote them. They have to log in and transfer ownership.
Please note that you need to transfer the blog to another user if you want to change the blog owner’s user role to something other than an Administrator.
