how do i clean dashboard of comments I've made?

  I need to clean my dashboard of all comments I’ve made, and of all the replies made to those comments – without deleting my blog and loosing a blog name

  You can configure your dashboard so it doesn’t display that http://en.support.wordpress.com/dashboard/

  I am not clear on how to do that. Support articles only talk about managing comments left on *my* blog by someone else, but I do not see how I can eliminate comments I’ve made *on someone’s else* blog and comments left in reply to them from “comments I’ve made” page
