How do I connect my posts to my Blog?

Hello WordPress.
So I have been blogging for about 2 months and things have been going smoothly until I tried to switch over to a new template today. Now, I’m having issues with finding my posts.
On the ‘Pages’ area, there’s a page called Blog, but there’s no content in there. However, all my posts have been written in the ‘Blog Posts’ features on the side menu.
In ‘Blog Posts’ I see my 7 individual posts that I have written, along with the comments, views and related data.
How can I get these posts to show up in the ‘Blog’ section, so that when people hit ‘Blog’ on my menu, they can see the posts?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You currently have the page titled “Post” set as your posts page, not one of the pages (there appears to be three) titled “Blog”.
The “Post” page is currently linked to the Blog item in your site menu, and it’s displaying all your posts as far as I can see, here:
