  @vistisenshan, you have already canceled your subscription, from what I can see. Are you looking to close your account permanently? We can definitely help you with that – we’ll need to revert your site to the state before you uploaded the first plugin/custom theme. This may cause content loss, but I understand you don’t mind since you want to close the account. Could you please confirm you’re okay with that?

  Also, is there any particular reason why you’re closing your account? Remember that you won’t be able to open a new one with the same username in the future once you do that. If you prefer to just pause your site for a while, it’s best to set it to private instead:
