How do I contact support?

I have a domain that is in the redemption period that is no longer in my account. the wordpress support AI tells me to contact support but every single support option redirects to posting on the forums or back to the support AI. did wordpress just get rid of their support team with no ability to contact them?? Where can I email wordpress or open a live chat?

Support has nothing to do with AI. We all are real living people.
You have to wait untill a Staff member is available.

I wanted to update you on the status of your domain. As of now, the domain is no longer in the redemption phase. It has fully expired and is in the process of being released back into the pool of available domains.
At this stage, we have no control over the exact timeline of when the domain will be made available again. This process can take some time, and I’m afraid we’re unable to provide a specific date for when it will be released.
Here’s what I would suggest: try to register the domain every few days. When it becomes available, you’ll be able to register it again
