How do I create a link on my homepage that directs people to my tumblr?

    I have just created a WordPress site as a home for my portfolio. I want to have a link that will direct people to my tumblr and my tumblr back to my portfolio. I’m not sure if I need to import my tumblr to WP or what. Maybe you can help me?
