How do I create a website for a third party?

    I know how to create websites from a text editor, but I am developing this website for a family member that is not very tech-savy. I wanted an option that would allow my family member to add/edit/remove content without my assistance. However, I have never used your web development tools or content manager. Can you direct me to some tutorials so I can proceed with building this website?
