How do I direct domain to a different site?

currently my domain http://www.veteranartists.org opens up my wordpress blog and I now have a different site I’d like the domain to point to. I’m having difficulty, can you help please? :)
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I’d be glad to help. If the site is another WordPress.com site, could you please give me the address so I can transfer the domain for you?
Or is it a site hosted somewhere else? If so, where?
Here are the general instructions for changing name servers. Some services such as Weebly or Tumblr don’t provide name servers, in which case we can help you make the necessary DNS updates. Just let me know.
