How do I download all of my writings as a single file?

  I have not upgraded to pro. I want to download all of my writings as a single file from the wordpress blog. How do I do this?

  The ability to create an XML export file of your content (not the theme) has nothing whatsoever to do with purchasing any upgrade.
  Log into the old blog, go to Tools → Export, and download the XML (WXR) file to your computer.
